Refund terms for prenatal testing
We only offer refunds in two cases:
- We can issue a refund for your prenatal testing in case there is not enough DNA in the blood sample you sent us fetal material.
- We can issue a refund for your prenatal testing in case of miscarriage, but only if it happened before we did started processing the blood sample you sent us.
How to request a refund?
If you meet any of the above conditions for a refund, please send us your request via email. Your refund request should send to the address [[email protected]]. In the message, please include all relevant ones your details order, including the order number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the request for a refund.
