Product delivery policy
After successful payment, an order is automatically created for the courier service and the client receives a tracking number immediately after payment. The courier service with which Ginecaliks Laboratory cooperates is DHL, which means that immediately after successful payment, an order will be created in DHL and the client will receive a tracking number on the DHL website.
Delivery deadline
After successful payment and automatic order creation, the courier service picks up the package and delivers it directly to the client. The order is usually delivered withing 1-3 working days. The day of the order, Sundays, national and religious holidays are not taken into account and will be processed on the first following working day.
Product pickup
The courier company that delivers the packages delivers them to the addressee listed for delivery. Before the delivery of the package, the client will be contacted by the courier service by SMS or phone call. In case the courier service cannot get in touch with the client, the order will be returned.
Delivery price
Delivery is free on orders. Delivery is made to the territories of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Serbia.
